New Users

To get the most from Lima, we advise new users to undertake the relevant training with the Lima Support Team.

However, if users are unable to attend, but still require the benefits of Lima, please undertake the following -

• Work through the help files located in the menu on the left, whilst not exhaustive we believe that a user can improve their understanding of Lima and perhaps find faster ways of working by using the documentation provided.


• Contact your Local Lima Administrator (LLA) (often referred to as either a Power/Super User). The LLA will be able to help new users familiarise themselves with Lima and how it is being used by their company.
